The participants within the ILP are high potential senior managers who are direct reports to the CEO or likely successors to direct reports. They are leaders, whose work increasing embodies multi-organizational collaboration across national boundaries, necessitating openness to multiple perspectives and a commitment to collective responsibility. They are involved in setting or influencing strategy and policy for their respective organizations.
