The Integrated Leadership Program (ILP) develops senior leaders who can creatively bridge different operating logics and generate sustainable value creation in an age of rapid change and increasing complexity.
ILP is a consortium of corporations, non-profits, and NGOs headquartered in Asia, Europe, and the Americas working with MESA Research Group and the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL). The ILP is a community of those who want to contribute to the well-being of the planet through developing leaders who can coherently function among the many different and often competing worldviews within a global environment. The Integrated Leadership Program is custom-built, designed, and delivered with world-class thought leaders, practitioners, and academics.
